We are Uride, a Canadian ridesharing and delivery services company operating in 9 cities across Canada. We are looking for someone to fill the position of Head of Recruitment. This individual will have extensive management/leadership experience with a background in a sales who is capable of leading projects from start to finish. Key attributes we are looking for: – Detail and Result Oriented – Organized – Self-starter – Leader Role responsibilities include: – Lead our recruitment team to success by improving driver onboarding protocols and keep the recruitment team motivated. – Creating and Documenting all recruitment processes for internal use and training – Track and act on key metrics within driver recruitment (conversion rates, application rates, retention rates) – Work closely with Marketing to ensure supply targets are met to achieve demand targets. – Constantly work on solutions to improve our driver recruitment funnel – Assist in the maintenance of up to date documentation for all active drivers – Follow industry updates to stay informed Applicants must be native/fluent in both written and spoken English.
