I am looking to establish a positive online presence in an effort to build brand awareness for my business, as well as providing statistics each month with growth. This position will work directly under me. The ideal candidate must always be responsible for an open line of communication. The candidate must be available for mandatory Wednesday virtual meetings. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: – Manage day-to-day social media strategy and activities – Prepare schedule and post approved content to social networks – Generate compelling content that will effectively reach target markets – Generate compelling content that will effectively reach target markets – Compose one blog post per week – Performing social media audits and sending weekly/monthly reports to me – Understand social media data – Understand social media advertisements – Helping with Public Relations efforts – Corresponding daily with and regularly sharing feedback and insights. This includes impeccable communication skills over email and replies in a short amount of time. – Attending meetings with me to better understand my need on a monthly basis – Actively networking my business – Actively researching and prospecting for new opportunities in all market segments – Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media programs. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. – Create newsletters for clients – Oversee design of social profile photo covers (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog). – Creating content calendars – Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales. Responding to comments in a timely manner. – Instagram posting – Other duties as designed Qualifications SKILLS: – The eagerness to start a growing start-up – Excellent communication skills, i.e., written and verbal, to develop a wide range of materials; and ability to interact effectively with different target demographics – Digitally savvy and interested in the digital marketing industry and technologies, i.e., latest Pinterest advancement – Highly organized and prepared – Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively—excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills – Proficiency with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing – Maintain a deep understanding of my business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies – Understanding social media advertisements on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram REQUIREMENTS: – Social Media experience and a high level of familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+ – Degree in Marketing, Business, PR, or a related field – Knowledge of online branding and virtual marketing – Must be capable of meeting for Mandatory Weekly Meetings – Proficient and active on social media platforms: Facebook, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Tik Tok – Basic graphic design work and familiarity with Adobe Suite (primarily Photoshop) and/ or Canva – Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate – Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment – Adherence to tight deadlines – Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills – Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our business Additional Information If this sounds like the ideal position for you, please respond with why and if the posted project compensation is not fair, please respond with compensation that is… Join Our Team!
