To start ASAP! In need of Spanish & English Speaking with healthcare and customer support experience. Authorization Specialist. Here are the responsibilities and requirements below: Responsibilities •Serve as a primary touchpoint for patient communication across multiple channels: chat, email and phones. •Advocate for patients and coordinate their care with external organizations such as insurance companies, pharmacies and specialists •Think creatively to solve problems standing in the way of patient experience, care or outcomes •Assist with billing and other insurance issues •Checked Fax Inbox and sort out medical documents •Register New Patients •Update Authorization status and Admin File Tracker •Auth Requests Submission through Preferred Insurance companies •Review End of the month report Requirements •Can speak and write in English and Spanish •Excellent English-language verbal and written skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation •Ability and eagerness to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn quickly •A digital native comfortable with technology and development •A passion for excellent customer service and problem-solving •Prior experience in a healthcare or startup/technology setting •Team player •Very Responsive on slack, emails, and what’s app •Must have a very good internet connection •Must have a working noise-canceling headset Please send your updated resume.
