We are looking for a few reps or an agency to handle all of our leasing deal flow. The primary job of the role will be to handle inbound calls from prospects looking at our properties and to answer and reach out to those who inquire about our properties to get them scheduled for showings. The role will include: Pre-screening tenants over the phone Managing 1 or more agents schedules Booking Prospects into agents calendars in a manner that is efficient and makes sense Managing agents calendars to ensure they have time to do all showings in an effective manner Following up with tenants to see if they’re interested Sending out Rental applications and briefing deal team regarding the tenant/ Primarily Looking for those who are active between 9 AM – 5PM EST. As well we are interested in reps that can answer calls past 5PM EST and possibly through the night.
