Intake Sales Representative Needed *Must speak English & Spanish fluently* As an Intake Sales Representative you will receive inbound phone calls from people injured in an auto accident. Our company connects these accident victims to local attorneys, and your job will be to qualify them using our script, and sign them up as clients for these attorneys. Here’s exactly what you’ll do: – Take inbound calls during business hours. These are people interested in speaking to a car accident attorney about their case. – You will have two minutes to ask them specific qualifying questions from the script we provide you. – If they are qualified, continue the call. If they are not qualified, you must end the call within two-minutes. The time limit is VERY important. – If the call is qualified, you will input the client’s information into our company database. – You will then offer the caller legal representation with one of our partner attorneys, and send them an online agreement using DocuSign while on the phone with you. (This is how you earn your bonus!). – If they are qualified, but do not sign the DocuSign while on the phone, you will follow up with them twice per day to remind them to finish their signup (so you can earn that bonus!). – From there, you will be tasked with follow-ups and following through with your clients. You will earn Bonuses for every verified/closed lead. Your role is a crucial part in how our company operates; every call you take is not only important to our clients, it’s money in your pockets.
