Livv Technologies is searching for a qualified inside sales/lead qualifier. This is a remote position and is available world-wide. This role will focus on lead qualification and involves cold calling new potential clients, referrals and web leads. Using the power of computer vision and AI, Livv provides invaluable data to home buyers, sellers and investors so they can make better decisions to increase their wealth. ——————————————————————————————————————– DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads: -Responsible for outbound calls to our database of inbound leads. -Qualify and rate prospects via phone, live chat and email – with the ultimate goal of passing qualified leads to the sales team in an efficient and effective manner. -Stellar ability to multi-task with email management, phone and live chat communication with prospects. -Accurately record information and details of correspondence in our CRM system. -All contact must be made in a polite, effective, and efficient manner, working within the guidelines provided at all times. -Work with management to improve the lead qualifying processes. —————————————————————————————————————– QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE) -Native English – MUST -Motivation to consistently exceed expectations. -Professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly tone of voice. -Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Proficient in Excel and Gmail, including the use of Google Docs. -Ability to learn quickly and on the job. -Persuasive and goal-oriented -Proven track record of successful lead qualification -Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day -2-3 years selling experience, preferably in a high-tech environment -Familiarity with CRM preferred but not required -Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced environment. -Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate well across teams.
