Inputting client contact data from printed hard copy on to Salesforce CRM spreadsheet, Karachi

Just planning to move to a CRM Salesforce system. Need client contact data ie name of company, address, tel number, email address (possibly) name of contact person to be entered on to spreadsheet. Plan would be to send printed data to Data Entry person who would then enter info on the spreadsheet. Approx 300 – 400 separate client sheets. We would probably need future data entry work ongoing
