This is an exciting opportunity to provide front end customer service support to our customers in the following responsibilities; scheduling, phone support, data entry, inventory control, order processing and general duties. Requirements: Dependable and responsible. Positive, friendly and upbeat personality. Prior customer service experience. Conflict resolution skills to handle and resolve a multitude of customer matters. Multi-tasking abilities, organized and detail-oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Accurate Typing/ 40+ WPM Experience in PHARMACEUTICAL environment helpful, but not required. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
