Responsibilities will include: -Answering incoming phone calls -Making outbound phone calls -Organizing lists -Assisting customers with questions or transferring them to the correct office that can help them -Assist with task needed -Note phone calls in a CRM Qualifications: -Must speak fluent English -Be able to provide a pleasant experience via phone -Be able to learn and understand auto, home, health, and like insurance basics. -Have the ability to learn how to navigate a CRM – Have some technical ability to be able to use and set up a VIOP phone -have the ability to listen to customers and understand their needs without talking over them. Then be able to assist them properly.
