This job is a direct support role where you will be given a "stack of" invoices and following a series of steps to capture the information inside and ultimately rename the invoice . This role will be slightly repetitive for the first few months until we dig out. We will show you how to do all of the tasks that we will be needing to complete. The hours weekly would be in the 20+ hour range. As we explore your skillset, more opportunities are certainly available but this again is a direct support role to an individual who you will be working with to help facilitate data entry. You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: 1. Would you be available or have capacity for 20ish hours a week of work for the next 6 months? 2. What would your preferred working/available hours be in PT time zone and would you have more of a set schedule or would the hours shift? 3. Do you prefer drinking coffee, tea or neither? 4. What approaches or methodologies do you typically take to breakdown large data sets so you can stay organized and ensure mistakes are at a minimum?
