The Call Center Specialist will work in a call center environment and will make inbound as well as outbound call to customers As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding products and service as well as provide general information regarding questions issues. As a Call Center Specialist, you must have at least 1 years’ experience in a customer service role within a call center environment. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening skills.
