Junior Acquisitions Specialist Objective The ‘Junior Acquisitions Specialist’ will utilize the tools and marketing channels provided to generate real estate leads. A Junior Acquisition Specialist attempts to reach the seller of a property. The employee then attempts to gather certain information (property conditions, motivation, asking price) to qualify the lead as a property the company would like to move forward with purchasing. Once a lead has been qualified and a price has been agreed upon, the Acquisition Specialist then attempts to have a contract signed for the purpose of purchasing the property. Daily Responsibilities • Contact potential clients using marketing channels such as texting, calling, emailing, etc. • Follow up with leads generated through third party marketing channels (external cold callers) • Meet daily and weekly goals for customer contact/follow up’s/properties acquired • Organize leads in a customer relationship management software • Maintain and complete daily workflow and activities assigned • Pro-actively network with other buyers and real estate investors • Travel to homes to meet with sellers and complete inspections of properties • Researching and performing due diligence on residential properties • Making offers, negotiating contracts and deal processing • Build rapport with and be a resource for your client Qualifications • At least 1 year of sales experience preferred • Prior experience with talking to customer’s over the phone and/or in person preferred • High school degree required, associate’s and/or bachelor’s preferred • Ability to manage a pipeline of prospects/leads and follow up with clients effectively • Working knowledge of real estate preferred • Ability to talk over the phone for long periods of time • Ability to build rapport with prospective clients and sellers • Passion for personal growth and to learn how entrepreneurs start and run their business Schedule • Monday-Friday 9am-3pm • After hours and weekends may be required based on business needs Pay • Weekly base pay • Monthly bonus based on sales goals met
