You will be in charge of shooting out a text blast campaign of 1,000 texts everyday Monday-Friday. Sending the text blast campaign should take 10 mins or less. Respond to everybody that is interested in selling the house. Your job is to qualify them by asking the appropriate questions if they’re a good fit for us to buy, through text or calling them. Generate leads of ONLY HIGHLY MOTIVATED people interested in selling their properties. Whether it’s by texting or calling them. The people that want to sell or are curious about the offer. You will have to qualify them through text or pick up the phone to call them, to make sure they are HIGHLY MOTIVATED about selling their homes and then send the lead after you qualify them to our podio. (Some people are going to be just curious about the offer. Your job is to find out if there motivated in selling or not. We don’t want people wasting our time if they are not serious about selling) $3-$4 dollars an hour Job overall should take 2- 3 hours max to complete everyday. **MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH AND SPANISH)
