Our real estate investment firm is looking for a motivated lead manager to help homeowners facing difficult real estate situations.. Are you someone who enjoys talking to people over the phone? If so, keep reading.. We are looking for a team player to respond to all incoming leads. You must be able to quickly build relationships and trust over the phone with homeowners who have expressed interest in selling their house. Once you determine we are a good fit for the seller, set an appointment for our acquisition managers to negotiate. The ideal candidate will be: Energetic… on every phone call. Empathetic… to the home seller’s situation. Compassionate… to the situation a homeowner may be dealing with. Attentive… to what the home seller is saying. Inquisitive… about why the home seller is selling. Perceptive… to whether a lead is good or bad. Responsibilities: Inbound lead communication. Outbound communication with warm seller leads. Data entry and management in customer databases. Working with the acquisitions team to schedule appointments and sending seller offers. Property valuation analysis. Outbound follow up touches to seller leads (calls, texts, emails.) Other misc duties including: Ad hoc reporting, Deep Prospecting, Admin responsibilities, additional projects as needed. Qualifications: At least 1 year of customer support or inside sales experience. Database management/CRM management experience. Friendly, outgoing, problem-solving personality. Self starter who takes initiative with minimal guidance. Detail oriented with the ability to follow a set process. Strong grammar, written and communication skills Basic proficiency with G Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar). Real estate experience preferred, not required. Open minded and the willingness to challenge the status quo to improve processes and drive results. Compensation: Base Pay Plus Bonuses!
