An opportunity exists to join Northpoint; a leader in the field of leadership assessment and development as a part-time learning coordinator / program manager Responsibilities You will work closely with the Chief Learning Officer on the planning and coordination of various learning initiatives. You will support the needs of learners by scheduling coaching sessions, sending calendar invites, liaising with them on tasks and responding to inquiries. You will support a team of coaches and facilitators in ensuring that they have everything they require to deliver an exceptional learning experience. Requirements: Highly autonomous, able to demonstrate initiative and work in a an ambiguous environment Ability to communicate with different people at different levels without losing the meaning. High levels of initiative and ability to work with littel supervision. A bubbly personality with good level of common sense. Must have access to a computer with internet access. The successful candidate will be offered a 6-month contract and will be required to work 10-hours per week.
