Job description We are actively looking for an experiment software engineer who preferably have experience within the Life Insurance industry or a large tech company to take over and complete an incomplete project. Indeed, we have completed 50% of the work with the previous team. Software description A software designed to be used by more than 50 000 agents from different clients. This software will be used as a support and help agents in their daily activities. The software has 5 mains features: – Digital business card, – calendar, – underwriting, – call/video group chat and – library. The underwriting is the main part of the software indeed the most challenging part. Therefore, we need somebody who already has some knowledge or willing to learn more about life underwriting. Job Requirements Required Skills: Must have…. -Software development experience using programming language such as php. -Experience in developing and implementing Insurance software (will be a plus) -Experience in developing data entry system -Ability to develop a functionality testing and a QA testing and conduct system testing at the end of every phase or milestone. -Ability to modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces -Experience working on a variety of software development projects. -Deep programing language knowledge. -Ability to perform and fix technical issues including software system design and maintenance. -Must be able to implement mass enrollment for users -High level enrollment of user, customer service and support Desired requirement -Must be proficient in English -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Able to conduct a zoom weekly meeting for reporting and/or addressing challenge between 9:00 PM AND 10:30 PM CST USA TIME -Able to sign a contract and a non-disclosure agreement -Self-motivated and able to quickly learn. -Able to multitask and manage multiple features on deadlines. -Integrity, motivation, collaboration, energy, and drive
