Hi! My company needs a LinkedIn virtual assistant who knows how to sell. You will be paid a commission for any clients we close that result from your appointment setting. **It is critical that you can hold natural, personable conversations with prospects to quickly build relationships with them and encourage them to meet with me. You must be convincing, so sales experience is a big plus.** You will conduct direct outreach by sending conversational messages to get us more clients via LinkedIn. There will be a one-week paid trial period. A long-term virtual assistant hire is the goal. You will help grow my company’s LinkedIn online presence, message prospects, converse with prospects, set appointments for sales calls, and track lead generation activities. The amount of work needed is dependent on the number of clients we have. Work is expected to increase, so the best VA candidate must be available to take on additional work to meet client demand. You will report directly to me. This is a virtual/remote position. Required work must be completed daily, Monday – Friday. Responsibilities will include: – Sending connection requests – Sending direct outreach messages (using your own communication skills) – Responding to prospect inquiries – Scheduling appointments – Uploading prepared content – Interacting with and liking/commenting on LinkedIn posts – Measuring work output through a daily tracking spreadsheet – Other various assistant tasks as needed Desired Skills: – Sales Experience (especially through chat) – LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience – LinkedIn lead generation – Appointment setting (encouraging prospects to have a sales meeting with me) – Great written communication to message with prospects – Native English Compensation: $80 per week, Monday – Friday Work will increase as we get more clients. Pay will increase based on the amount of work needed. Hours: schedule is flexible, work tasks must be completed daily (Monday – Friday)
