LOGISTICS COORDINATOR The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for outbound orders, customer service and assisting Logistics and Sales with all dispatch procedures in order to ensure all logistics transactions can be completed in a timely manner. You must be positive, outgoing, professional, hard working and have a CAN DO attitude. This is a full-time position, working approx. 40 hours weekly. What’ll you do: Review incoming container manifest documents Communicate directly with clients and internal team members to audit and confirm all delivery details Work with sales team to notify collection of balance payments for orders Move orders to internal or external team in order to engage final delivery Updating internal shared spreadsheets Track and maintain the delivery through completion by updating required docs, and notifying clients and sales team as required Notify clients of any disruptions or delays related to normal logistics concerns Work with sales / clients to rectify any logistics related claims Work with internal warehouses and ensure orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner. What you’ll bring 1-2 years experience in a Logistics role preferred Positive attitude to take on new challenges as the company evolves Proficient in excel and Google Suite applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail Salesforce experience is a plus
