Online Tire & Wheel retailer is looking to add a logistics coordinator member for our delivery resolution team. This person must be fluent in english (American sounding) and have excellent verbal and written skills. The tools we use are Zendesk, Gmail and Slack. Please include a voice recording with your proposal. Hours are 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm ET Primary Responsibilities Include: Call & open cases with Fedex and other carriers to find lost products Own cases from beginning to resolution Follow up with carriers on open cases Contact surrounding businesses that may have mistakenly received product Email customer for follow-up with updates or responding to customer inquiries Hours are 8-5 or 9-6 ET
