I’m looking for someone with experience using Quickbooks online to help us set up a financial procedure. The ideal candidate has experience training or teaching others how to do bookkeeping and setting up a financial process for SMBs. Specific Skills: Experience providing full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting services Experience with bank reconciliation Experience maintaining general ledgers and financial statements Accounts payable and accounts receivable Cash management, preparation of cash receipts, and cash disbursement summaries Monthly reporting (GST, HST, etc.) Soft skills: Must be able to do weekly calls on Saturday at 11 am (MST) Must have strong communication skills Must be organized and detail-oriented. Ideal Candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience doing bookkeeping or accounting.
