Hello, we are looking for a rockstar Virtual Assistant that will be the head of our Virtual Assistant team that we are currently building. We are a fast growing athleisure ecommerce business looking to scale and expand quickly. The person who is hired for this role has the potential to be a major part of the brand moving forward. We are looking for someone who has a ecommerce background and has skills in these areas: -Shopify -Customer Service -Social Media Mangament -Inputing data in spreadsheets -Making SOP’s -Efficient in communication softwares -Understands Fashion We are looking for A+ players that are: -Independent, resourceful and solution-focused in solving problems without having to wait for instructions every time. -They have a great sense of responsibility and ownership not only in their tasks, but the end outcome of the company. -They take pride in their work and consistently over-deliver in their KPIs. -They’re always finding ways to improve on existing processes and SOP’s instead of just taking instructions. -They are capable of getting work done efficiently, managing themselves autonomously, and well working in the system and team. -They focus on the outcome and results, and automatically do everything that needs to be done to get great results instead of just doing the bare minimum. -Have a great attitude, good communication skills and love learning. -They truly enjoy working in fashion and love the being a part of the team and strive to do their best.
