Hi there, 🙂 Looking for a real estate cold caller that is charismatic, speaks good English, and someone that has a strong personality. I am looking to build a strong working relationship with my VA. I have plans for long term work; and plans for monthly bonuses and pay raise for proven work. I will provide the real estate list to call from and the script/text messages of what to say. The leads will be potential home owners that are looking to sell their homes. I need them to confirm their interest in selling their home. Once they confirm their interest, you will push them through to a different status in the CRM provided, update the call notes in the CRM, etc, and schedule an appointment for me to call them back. Looking for Monday thru Friday-US Central Standard time zone for hours of 8AM-10AM and 4PM-6PM. Will increase hours once we get a good rhythm down and you have good performance in the job.
