Personal Injury Firm based out of Chicago looking for after-hours (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM CST) intake specialist/intake coordinator. Your role would be to answer the phone, speak directly to new leads/customers and be able to properly direct them where they need to be sent. This role requires strong English, confidence, and preferably minimal accent. In addition to the time spent taking intake calls, you’ll also be helping order police reports for the firm. The preference for this role is someone who has experience working as an intake specialist for a law firm, and bonus points for a personal injury law firm. Thanks for your applications in advance 🙂
