Fun, Effective, and Experienced P/T Virtual Executive Assistant Needed DX is a fast-growing organization. We are 6 years old and, like any child, we have growing pains. Its parent, The Founder, and CEO is struggling and in need of help. To unleash him on the things that will help grow the company, stop him from burning out (again!), and allow him the time and energy to see his family, he needs someone who has experience in managing people who run at a million miles an hour. Someone who can: – Manage his calendar, protect his time, and make him as efficient as possible – Build a priority list based on the demands of the business so nothing gets left out – Manage his part of the CRM system (Salesforce) – Manage his part of the project management system (Asana) – Manage his email, send emails on his behalf, and prioritize what needs to be replied to – Be the window of his LinkedIn account. Manage posts, emails and ideas on growing followership – Ensure his team gets the time and energy they need – Do research and manage his to-do list – Say no! Manage him and ensure he remains focused – Manage his PR firm – Work with clients to schedule flights and travel – Execute some of his crazy ideas! Someone who would love our work.
