Hi We need extra hands and we are looking for sellers (or agency) to work on the weekly basis. Per week you (or the seller) will be required to work 10 hours in two different platforms. With this we mean that we expect you to be fast and follow our client profiles guidelines, connect with them and present an introductory message that will potentially follow up to a call and generate a deal for our company. Our work methodology is the following: Monday -> we have a briefing meeting where we will present the quota for the week. Wednesday -> we expect you to have connected and contacted 50 potential leads (Both Linkedin and Upwork) Friday -> We expect you to have connected with 85 potential leads, have generated min 5 leads (or depending on the quota.) If you close any deal, 20% of the contract size will be a bonus on the weekly payment. This is a test trial per week. If we see you actually meet our targets, we will expand the amount of hours as well raise the hourly fee. At some point, if you become really essential, a permanent senior position will be offered to you and we will require you to relocate to the closest/ nearby office from your location.
