Hello! My name is Eric and I’m the owner of LIFT Enrichment and I am looking for a fantastic Virtual Assistant to join our team. A good candidate has: – Great English over the phone with no noticeable accent. – Great written English over emails to clients without grammar errors – Very organized and able to track all key deadlines – Pro-active and is – Has a stable Internet and zoom connection. (If you miss one day because of internet issues, you won’t work with us) Responsibilities: – Customer support, taking incoming calls and being friendly and helpful – Email support, from clients and parents – Social media posting, scheduling certain – Facebook and IG outreach, specifically friend requests and sending opening messages Hours: 20-30 hour per week Availability: Pacific Standard time: Monday-Thurs (11am-5pm), Fri (11am-3pm) Learn about our Brand: LIFT Enrichment teaches healthy virtual cooking classes to kids!
