Marketing and Lead Progression Assistant Creativity Software runs lead generation campaigns throughout the year, based upon industry developments, product launches, regulatory changes and many other occurrences. Each of these campaigns will generate a number of leads in Pipedrive. The primary objective of the role is to manage and nurture the leads captured in Pipedrive by: • Assessing and validating each lead that appears in Pipedrive; • Correcting and adding to any data captured in Pipedrive (by reference to LinkedIn etc); • Following-up with those verified leads by telephone and email; • Providing the interested leads with more information / marketing materials; • Asking questions to qualify the lead and assess for further progression by the regional sales teams. Marketing and Lead Progression Assistant job qualifications and requirements Key attributes that are desirable for the role are: • Familiarity with Pipedrive or similar salesforce / marketing automation platforms • Strong English language written and verbal communication skills; • Attention to detail; • A high degree of organisation; • Capacity to work independently; • Tenacity when attempts to connect with the leads fail; • Ability to constantly improve and optimise.
