Need a Virtual Assistant in USA to handle physical returns, Lahore

Hi, we have multiple Etsy stores and e-commerce sites from India selling mostly to the USA, there are almost 30-40 returns a month. So it’s trouble for our customer to return parcel back to India and it’s hard for us to keep track of it So we want someone in the USA to take all those returns. Basically, we will give our assistant address to our customers and they will return the product to them, he/she needs to do a quick quality inspection of the returned product and add a confirmation in google sheet. At the end of the month all those collected item will be shipped to a USA fulfillment center, all this process will be done in a professional manner and will be managed using an excel file or google sheets. Can be a great side income and it’s long term work 🙂
