– Should be expert recruiter in IT Industry – Should be adept in recruitment using Job Forums like LinkedIn, Naukri, UpWork, Monster, Career builder, Indeed etc. – Should be good with social recruiting using Facebook and LinkedIn – Candidate should be professional, outgoing, "goal-oriented" and passionate about recruitment and company growth – Should be good at lead generation and exploring new business opportunities like finding client requirements and providing suitable profiles – Should strive to achieve company growth by going the extra mile to close a position – Should be able to conduct initial screening round and negotiate with the candidates and clients – Research and Recommend new ways for client lead generation, BD and recruitment – Having access to LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator or any other job boards is a plus – Should be strong in communication with good English and Hindi – Looking for a full time employee (8 hours per day) for long term – Salary between INR 30,000 – 50,000 per month – Fully Remote position – Starting Immediate
