Medical Biller tasks – Create and submit reimbursement claims using the diagnosis and treatment codes – Make sure that codes and claims are accurate – Eligibility and benefits verification – Coordinate with other providers, coders, and insurance companies to work out any discrepancies or disagreements. – Communicate with patient with different concerns such as reimbursement and insurances. – Communicate with medical providers and insurance companies to get pre-authorization for treatments or procedures as needed. Requirements Must have years of experience as Medical Biller Must possess the certificate of training Must be knowledgeable on CPT codes, ICD10, HCPCS Must have experience in RCM Experienced in using EHR
