What I need: When the visitor goes to our website they go to the homepage https://dbtmarin.com/ From there they usually hit "Let’s Talk" which brings them to an appointment booking page. They then fill in a form and that form fill info foes automatically into a Google Sheet. I want someone looking at the sheet to be able to tell if the form fill is from Google Ads or not.
