Log In to Process.St follow work flow Update Land Price Matrix Welcome! If you’re here, that means you’ve been tasked to manage the Land Price Matrix. The Land Price Matrix is a database where we collect land deals from other land businesses and plot them on a map to see what areas are popular and get a better understanding of competitive pricing. In this process, you will be guided through how to enter new emailed Deal of the Week (DOTW) messages from competing land businesses into the Land Price Matrix, and you will learn how to search for and sign up for new land business email lists as they arise. Process Kickoff: This process is run once a week. Process Overview: First, all new emails in the inbox will be reviewed for new DOTW emails. For all new DOTW emails, the deal information will be entered into the Land Price Matrix form. Second, research on new land business will be conducted, and if found, we will be signed up for their email list. Process Completion: This process will be considered complete once all information is entered and new email lists are signed up for as needed. It will not hand off to another process, but will be repeatedly weekly. Tools Required: Access to the [[email protected]] Gmail account.
