WHAT WE NEED We are just at the start of our journey and we need an Operations Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to help us deliver on our promise and build an amazing range of products to market and into the hands of our customers. The role is part-time, we think about 10-20 hours a week but this may grow of course.it involves: Finding suppliers of sustainable packaging Researching costs and prices for materials Clarifying paperwork (including emails and WhatsApp) Bringing costs in at financial targets Managing all operational aspects of the company Understanding import / export protocols and costs Overseeing the transportation of goods from factories to the UK Chasing others in the team to ensure that things get done Taking minutes in meetings implementing organisational strategy
