Steel Marketing is now accepting applications for our full-time Sales Advisor position. Remote work potential. Home office is Located in Murfreesboro, TN. Full-Time role with base pay plus commission. Base Monthly Salary + between starting commission of 15-30% per sale that will equal between $25,000-60,000/year. Plenty of growth opportunities for increased roles and increased commission based on performance. Must be willing and able to make cold calls, handle sales rejection & be driven to stay on task. This is mainly a self-managed position, but there will be quota required to meet each week. We’re a fast growing online marketing company with over 80 employees that offers Search Engine Optimization, Google Ads, Facebook ads, Bing Ads, Website Design, CRM development and branding. We primarily help people in the home-service industry, as well as other service-based industries. This position is perfect for those looking to close deals, take the money, and move onto the next prospect. Absolutely zero "account management" for our sales reps. We want you focused on prospecting & closing. We are looking for A FULL TIME CANDIDATE for this sales position. If you cannot commit working full time (40 hours a week) then do not apply. Some duties will include doing outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, gathering information from a prospect for our fulfillment team to do an audit and passing off to the closing team. This advisor position will mainly be focused on outbound prospecting via strategies we will teach and train you on, rather than closing inbound leads.
