We are looking for an experienced outbound telemarketer with a minimum of three years of outbound cold calling experience to assist us in prospecting leads and contacts. You will be calling professionals in the real estate industry to generate leads for our inside sales team. About Us: By Referral Only, Inc. provides tools and services to real estate agents and lenders in the United States and Canada. Members of By Referral Only pay a monthly fee to be part of the community. Joe Stumpf (Founder) is the face of the organization, started over 30 years ago. He is well-known in the Real Estate Industry for teaching agents how to create a Referral based business. Compensation: $20/Hour plus bonus for production Responsibilities: Follow scripts and best practices we have clearly defined Respond to lead and prospect inquiries Position the team as a professional real estate resource Use Dialer to create as many connects/conversations as possible per shift Qualifications: At least 3 years of outbound cold calling experience is required Ability to navigate Internet programs and other platforms, (Video Conferencing, CRM, collaboration tools, etc.) Experience working from home office, using technology to connect, share, and work. Need to have access to Google applications such as docs, sheets, etc. Must be a fluent English speaker and able to communicate via text, email, etc. 20-25 hours/week to start.
