Part-Time E-Commerce Admin – Amazon, Lahore

We are seeking an English speaking assistant with experience working in e-commerce. Responsibilities include: -Order confirmation -Manual order placement with 3rd party suppliers -Adding missing tracking information to orders -Replacing incorrect tracking information -Tracking order statuses and proactively following up with suppliers -Addressing customer inquiries, including but not limited to order cancellation requests, order status requests, order issue inquiries -Coordinating cancellation and return inquiries, including but not limited to updating customers on cancellation status, label status, refund status Musts: -Discretion (You will be handling sensitive information, i.e. customer addresses/contact info) -Ability to effectively communicate and understand English -Reliability (We plan to hire for long term employment) -Highly organized and focused (You will be matching information between multiple platforms, accuracy is a must) -Detail oriented (You will need to make sure you are entering correct data in the appropriate data fields) Ideal candidate will be: -Fluent in English -Have experience using Amazon Seller Central We will offer training for specific tasks, and have a great support team.
