We are looking for a book keeper proficient in GAAP accounting principles to categorize transactions in the software Wave. Please do not apply if you aren’t familiar with the program. This is a very short project. This relationship can become long-term if you are successful in completing this job. A Little About Us Mralove LLC has been established since 2019 but started been a small side project for our owner for years before our official start in 2019. We are a small growing company that sells cosmetics and clothing items through our main e-commerce platform Mralove.com. Mralove is located in the United States and is in the Eastern (EST) time zone. Website: Mralove.com Contact email: [email protected] Our office is open 10 am – 4 am EST, it is not guaranteed someone is online during all of these hours but with this open schedule you will receive a response within the day, two days at most. There should be someone online during these times as long as it is not a company holiday. Overview of Tasks: Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process Input new transactions Fix any incorrect transactions Review all transactions You are good for this position if: Great at paying attention to detail Know how to use the basic function of Wave Are trustworthy Highly communicative Can work on a short term project Proven bookkeeping experience Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration Proven ability to calculate, pos t and manage accounting figures and financial record Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
