About us: My name is Leo and I own and operate a digital marketing agency that works with Hispanic owned local businesses, mostly restaurants, with their digital marketing needs, with focus on online advertising/social media management. We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 10 hours per weeks to start and increase as needed. The work will include the following: – Help with scheduling social media posts for clients – Help with coordinating with freelancers and vendors projects for clients as well as researching future vendors/freelancers – Scheduling emails for clients and for the business. – Putting together newsletters for clients. – Help with minor updates on sites of clients and on online profiles like social media, Google, yelp, etc. Skills required: – Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat – Strong knowledge of social media (FB, Instagram) – Open to learn tools we use like email marketing software, social media scheduler, etc – Strong knowledge of power point, excel, word, outlook, and similar Google aps In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience with similar clients, including a one-minute audio self-introduction.
