About us: General admin task and typical day-to-day errands. We’re looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately {​#}​ hours per week. The work will include the following: – Data entry into excel, and google sheets or doc files – Schedule meetings and manage daily calendars – Reach out to renters and deal with vendors Skills required: – Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat (in English, but Spanish is a plus) – Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs and Google Calendar – General organizational skills
