Interview migrants from northern states working in Tamil Nadu in Hindi. 40 questions aimed at understanding ownership and use of mobile phones and how mobiles can be an instrumental to their learning and growth. Phone numbers and names of women will be provided. Qualitative and quantitative questions both included in the survey- qualitative responses to be recorded verbatim. There will be a 30 minute training and project introduction call which you will also be compensated for.
