I am looking for a person who has the following characteristics: – Experience in calls and telephone attention. Experience is essential. – Work commitment. Willing to work in the long term with the company. – Good attitude and friendliness. The person has to be positive, empathetic and enjoy the work. – Very high level of English. The job is to make the calls to leads, follow up, and document your work. The company is a hair transplant agency, so before starting a detailed study of the sector and the organization and internal functioning of the system is required. It is a team of young people, with very good treatment, respect and professionalism. The remuneration is per converted customer, at a rate of 100 euros per customer. Every 5 customers an extra bonus is provided. A basic salary of 200 euros per month is guaranteed. From the third client, an extra 100 euros will be paid per client. We are going to start with an advertising campaign that will earn about 100 leads per month. You have to make the calls, documentation and follow-up to turn them into effective customers If the person is professional, committed and results are obtained, they will be provided with a larger list of potential clients, which in turn will increase the number of clients transformed and therefore the retribution.
