Red Rattler is a Texas-grown marketing and digital agency, officed in the heart of San Antonio. We specialize in brand development, social media, and digital. We are a small, agile team that partners with other agencies and creatives to be able to meet the various needs of our clients. Job responsibilities – OVERVIEW: Operational, Efficiency, and Internal Communications – Point-of-contact internally for each individual project, collaborating with various internal teams (including hired freelancers or agencies) – Work with biz dev on finalized contracts to ensure projects and timelines have reasonable parameters and that nothing is being left out before being sent to the client. – Responsible for overseeing each individual project, including creation, organization, execution and completion, specifically: — Identify resources needed – flag to management to hire — Manage hired resources and keep them motivated — Aim to complete every project on time, under budget, and above creative expectations. Raise a flag early on any issues and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction and creative excellence. — Set up each new individual project in our project management software. Outline individual project steps with deadlines for completion and assign resources to project tasks. – Lead weekly review meetings with account manager – Provide creative approved timelines to account manager for each deliverable coming out of the briefing. – Set up Internal reviews throughout the project. – Provide clear notes to creative teams coming out of creative reviews. Provide conference reports when applicable. – Track progress of tasks, including identification of problems with tasks, resolving issues, and adjusting schedules and targets on projects as needed. – Communicate daily with every active project and necessary contractors and/or account manager to ensure we over-communicate. – Weekly check in with Manager to review the status of each project and specific next steps. – Track hours and budget to ensure we stay on time and in budget. – Lead Friday Budget Check-In with Manager – Lead creative briefings to kick off work – Perform quality control on all projects, reviewing deliverables before they go to the client to maintain the standard expected. This includes reviewing design work and asking for changes as needed and documenting changes. ***At any point, you should be able to clearly and concisely describe:*** 1. What’s going on with any specific project or task 2. How that project is performing in regards to its budget 3. What the exact timelines of completion are that you have set and communicated with the contractor or team Skills Required: • Proven leadership skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong organization skills • Ability to multi-task across a large number of projects, all at different stages • Excellent written and verbal communication • A lot of communication happens through emails and chat functions, so strong written communication skills are required • Ability to think strategically across the whole project, and not just the day-to-day • Ability to make important decisions under pressure • Ability to delegate effectively • Problem-solving skills • Friendly and approachable, but assertive
