Looking for a Project Coordinator to assist with preconstruction duties, such as referencing Spec Books to develop Scope of Work, recruiting subcontractors for bidding on projects, managing bid invites to subcontractors, bid leveling, follow up, communication, and project task management. A highly organized, self motivated individual is what we are looking for. A construction background is nice to have, but not essential. We can get you up to speed quickly!
