Come join our team in Real Estate Investing to manage tasks around acquisitions and administration. We are looking for a phone GURU who knows how to talk to people and close deals! What does this mean? To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional phone skills in gathering information and building rapport. Then you must have experience in Real Estate – pull comps, know how to get a pulse on the market and finally, not only make an offer (based on our proven systems and processes) but be a master at closing! Job Description: Our marketing channels source leads and once it is marked as a motivated lead / seller, the task will be sent to you to take over. You will not have to source your own leads! Your job is to follow up, build rapport, gather property and seller details, understand how to formulate an offer, make offer and close on the lead! 1. Call seller, confirm info and build rapport 2. Pull comps and determine offer 3. Make offer 4. Follow up We have scripts, formulas to help you in creating an offer and we have email templates to send the offer letter. You must be comfortable and enjoy being on the phone, interacting with potential sellers, qualifying prospects, and supporting our sales team acquire properties. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY be willing to do training, follow our systems and consistently practice to get better. For this job you must have knowledge in: – Real Estate – Phone Skills – Pulling Comps – Slack – Gathering prospect information and property data – Reporting: providing daily/weekly/monthly insight to company’s management Looking for someone who is a self starter, results driven, hard worker, great phone demeanor, loves talking to people. Must have experience closing over the phone. Knowledge of real estate investing, wholesaling, rehabbing and real estate terms a big plus! We are a professional, full service real estate solutions firm that buys and sells properties throughout the U.S. We specialize in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, renovate and resell them to retail home buyers. Compensation – we will pay you a base + a bonus for every property you help us put into contract that we close on. The amount you can make is endless and the better you do, the higher your compensation structure.
