I am looking to hire a reliable, dependable, and energetic Virtual Assistant. You will be cold calling a list of potential clients about their properties. As an assistant, you will prospect for new clients daily from various inbound and outbound lead sources. A huge part of your job will be cold calling & generating new leads, follow-ups, and setting appointments. Responsibilities: • Cold calling; you will be on the phone for 2-6 hours a day making outbound calls to potential clients. • Prospecting and qualifying potential leads from many different channels. (Provided) • Creating and maintaining a list of prospect clients • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions. • Handoff HOT leads that need additional conversation to another team member. • Maintaining of prospective client information. • Sending SMS and marketing emails to potential clients. • Submit daily reports on calls, conversations, and appointments set. • Building rapport; Understanding the situation the client is in and offering a solution. Qualifications: • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE COLD CALLING. • Experienced with CallTools software is a big plus • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people throughout the day. • Eager to expand the company with sales, clients, etc. • Self-motivated and self-directed • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client • Ability to work independently • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers We offer bonuses for properties purchased and performance-based bonuses. There is room for advancement. There is no cap on bonuses you make. The more properties we close the more of a bonus you make. This could turn into a full-time position at 40+ hours a week with a pay raise
