I am looking for someone really good on the phone, cold calling real estate leads. You will get a lot of no’s. This is about getting to some folks that are interested in someone making an offer on their home. I have a couple of target zip codes in Tennessee where I would like to make offers on property. These home owners are off market. It is about going from a script, seeing if any interest on an offer, then passing it off to me to follow up with viewing the property and making an offer. There may be some follow up calls to be made, most of the calls will be initial cold calls to prospects, then I may have you following up some, and I would do some of the follow up.
