We are looking to hire 1-5 (Women) remote assistances to make Outbound Cold Calls to home owners to prequalify if they want to sell their homes. Pay: $4-5hr USD Hours: 30-40hrs a week Your responsibilities will be to: Call homeowners Note down leads that are interested in selling their home Note down the address, details discussed, and the price that the seller wants (if a price is mentioned) All notes will be entered into a Google sheet Cover Letter Instructions: Must email a Voice Recording or Intro Video of you reading from the ROMOTE COLD CALLING SCRIPT attached below to ( [email protected] ) You will read the text that is in RED lettering. Job Qualifications: Must Be A Woman Must speak English Must Have Fast Internet Must have cold calling experience Must know how to use Google Suite Must know to use Xencall Must be willing to learn BONUSES: An extra $50 USD will be rewarded to you for every lead that converts into a DEAL.
