Hi, I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant/Office manager for my Real Estate business. Experience in the following duties would be extremely helpful. *Cold calls. Script will be provided. *Take incoming calls/setting up deals. *Must place 20-30 offers a day. *Distinguish which sellers are motivated/not motivated. *Follow-Ups with leads. *Scheduling appointments. *Skip Tracing/List cleanup *Bookkeeping. *Manage CRM, what’s producing for the company and what’s not. *Targets will be: *Vacant properties, Tired Landlords, F.S.B.O. (For sale by owner) Pre-Foreclosures, High Equity and craigslist for sale by owner. *Some leads will be provided!
