Work with a seasoned broker in the business for more than twenty years. Must be proficient at qualifying leads, have great communication skill (by phone and email), and show exceptional interpersonal skills/hospitality towards clients and real estate professionals. Willing to give bonuses on top of hourly rate for each deal that closes with your help. You will be trained on how to use CRM/MLS, how to approach potential leads, which qualifying strategies and questions to ask, how to finalize the initial search, and best practices for following up. This is a part time position that will be virtual only, with the potential for extension beyond six months based on interactions, professionalism, and work ethic.
