Hello potential applicants! We are a real estate company seeking a part-time admin assistant. Tasks vary daily but will mostly consist of the following – 1. Managing Emails 2. Client Database Update 3. Scheduling appointments, trappings and meetings 4. Answer Emails, SMS, and Social Media Inquiries 5. Conduct Lead Follow-up 6. Posting to social media and websites 7. Research available property listings for the customers 9. Property Listing Database Update 10. Other Administrative Tasks Our ideal candidate is someone with experience as virtual assistant, diligent, responsible, and proactive. He/She must have a stable internet connection and laptop that is needed for his/her to fullfill the job. Real Estate knowledge is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is open to learning and growing with us as we grow as a company. Qualities of ideal applicant – 1. Organized 2. Punctual 3. Someone looking for a long-term position 4. Customer Service Experience a plus 14.
